I heard of this while listening to the Hugh Hewitt show in my car. He read that paragraph on the air that said:
According to the bureau, 19-year-old Mosam Maher Husein Smadi was arrested and charged for attempting to use a weapon of mass destruction.
...and said, "See that? Another Irishman!!" I nearly drove off the road.
