I recall one member here a while back who told of going into a burger joint while carrying. While standing in line to order, he didn't realize that he had a hole in the back of his shirt, though which one could see a little bit of his pistol butt. In walks a trooper and stands behind him. Our intrepid member feels a tap on his shoulder, turns a little bit, and the trooper leans forward and in a low voice says, "you've got something showing." Then they sit down together and eat while they talk guns with one another.

I hope I have recalled that story correctly.
