In thinking more about it, Steve, ya probably right - if he's prepared to go into meatgrinder at Tarrant County. It was dark and the "mesh" (if like on my back pack) was probably black. And he was obviously moving (at least until they caught him).

Yeah, he might just be able to beat that UCW charge - at a cost pushing at least $500 apiece for those first 7 words.

Yeah, and he could spend two or three house payments for a criminal defense lawyer to try and sell that - and still wind up losing. Good judgement comes from experience. Experience comes from ... poor judgement, which it sounds like the biker had in spades.

Sounds like he missed the part of class that sez : "If you go lookin' for trouble, you CAN find it."
