Andy - Yep, sorry I missed ya too. But ... ' had classes both days and was only there for about 5 hours on Sunday ... Denton County Sports Assn. table was at L-16. It's about 60' off west wall and 60 yards from front wall (in vicinity between Clips & Mags and Bachman). Renewed same table for Thanksgiving show - although I'm not sure yet if I'll be around that weekend to work it ...

Right-Wing-Nut droped by for a jif - long enough to make me want to coon finger his new 10mm Glock. ;-)

Quote: "It seems to me that I hear of NDs more often at shows where "all of the guns have been checked," even the carry pieces, than I do at CCW-friendly shows. Wonder why?"

Did you ever think about the fact that in regions where many of us live, there are very few, if any, "CCW-freindly" shows? More humans, therfore a higher probability of errors - and the same making news.

And no, "all of the guns have been checked" is, too, often from an under-informed individual - or one with wishfull thinking. The statistics nationwide indicate that NDs happen substantially more frequently with vendors' guns than someone coming through the front door ...

animal cop - the policy can vary from one promoter to another. At Market Hall shows, it is common to have the gun's action tied off, magazine out and carried in an exposed holster - with or without a CHL.
