Re: Paramedics Packing Heat? One Texas Lawmaker Says Yes
I have worked as a paramedic in the rural environment similar to Cooke County for 14 years. I have been hazardous situation’s a few times although rare, having to go hands on with a patient or family member when law enforcement is 20+ minutes away. Even worse when you get into an area with poor or n...

Re: Sharkarosa Wildlife Ranch
I live down the road from Sharky's and have been there many times. I don't believe they are posted, at least I have not seen a posting, but I know the owners well enough to know that they are not firearm friendly around the wildlife area and if my memory serves me correctly there is a "rules&qu...

Re: Anyone use Raven Concealment Holsters?
I have been using the Phantom Light Compatible Holster for a XD40 4" with TLR-2 for almost 2 years now. It is mostly comfortable, sometimes the kydex will dig into my side a little. I fixed this with a little velcro and a sheep skin car wash hand mitt available at Wal-Mart using it as a "s...

Re: Oil Math 101
I know everyone has their opinion (opinions are like A** Ho**s, and every one has them. Some just stink) on what should be done and how to fix the problem. But at the end of the day this accident is going to affect all of us on one way or another. Some will be affected sooner than others. Here is my...

Re: Dallas West End
Thank you. I am planning on doing the touristy thing with my wife. It has been a few years since we have got away from the house and just goofed off. Most reviews that I had read that were posted recently were how bad the entertainment has fallen off and it almost seems to be a ghost town. Glad to h...

Dallas West End
It has been a few years since my last visit. Is it worth making a day / evening trip down there this weekend weather permitting? I have found mixed reviews over the interweb mostly less then favorable reviews.

I have used this in a Springfield Xd 40. Nothing but problems. I have a few that I keep for those single shot occurrences, but past that it fails. At least for me.

??? Free NRA Membership ???
I ran across a website advertising a 1 year free NRA membership. Although I have no problems paying for the membership, I found this to be a little odd. Anyone know if it is true or not? The site i found the link on is http://www.buymilsurp.com/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return fals...
