Speaking of the north east, I have a buddy from New Jersey that moved to Texas last year and has since bought several rifles, cowboy boots, and gotten his chl. Just so you know, there is hope. ;-)

yeah, I've always been hesitant to put my tsra bumper sticker on my car or any nra stuff...I don't want people breaking into it looking for firearms in the glove box or something...

tell or not to tell

so would you guys recommend telling close friends that you carry? I have a small group of friends I frequently associate with (none of which would be scared or bothered by me carrying), but I was wondering how "secret" is "secret"?...I'm just not sure how to keep it a secret from them, especially if I get the hug/what's that on your hip thing (they all know it can't be a medical device since we're all medical students).
