Re: S&W Sigma, M&P, or Ruger SR9?
I was in no means "Slamming" Sigmas...I was just commmenting on the 2 and only 2 firsthand experiences with them. I would say that I wouldn't buy a Sigma just from the experience that I have seen with them. Cheaply priced yes they are, reliable, not from what I have seen first hand. Grante...

Re: what in the world am i doing wrong?
If you are right handed then you are anticipating recoil and pushing just before the shot. Consider what MoJo suggested and have a coach watch your gun as you press the trigger. I am a lefty, sort of ambidextrous, who shoots right eye right handed. My shots fall left and low, today mainly, yesterda...

Re: S&W Sigma, M&P, or Ruger SR9?
Longtooth was referring to me about the SR9, I shot 70 rounds through it in some excersises with LT and I was plenty happy with it, no FTF, feeds, fires, or ejects. 100% functionality from it. As for the Sigma, my wifes LEO friend just bought one, it was cheap price but says it jams on the second ro...

Re: Let's see what you've got during Christmas - firearm related
I put it on layaway and my mother-in-law got the rest of it for me! Put 70 rounds through it yesterday with Longtooth. No problems.
Ruger SR9 w/ 17 round mags, and Safariland holster, no CHL yet, soon though.

Re: They got me.....they thought.
One of the members of my church congregation is also a local police officer. He pulled me over one afternoon and seemed quite taken aback as I said, "Hi, David. What seems to be the problem?" as he walked up to my car. Yup, he misread the Inspection sticker. I have absolutely no reason to...

Re: Introduce yourself
Thanks longtooth, didn't know if your handle was the same on this forum or not. In High School I played Trumpet, and learned Bass Guitar. Played in the AC Jazz Band for about a year and a half, and Trumpet in the Concert Band for 2 semesters. Don't play too much anymore, sold my good jazz bass, and ...
