I don't commit crimes like robbery, theft, shoplifting, drug offenses, etc.

Still, regardless of my innocence, I would not resist an arrest being performed by a clearly-identifiable LEO - the place to fight with cops is in court, using a lawyer as the weapon of choice.

I would be most disinclined to co-operate with any attempted detention or "arrest" by a non-LEO . . . and under most circumstances, would regard any initiation of physical force by the other as assault, and react appropriately.

I'd also be disinclined to "arrest" someone - I'm not a cop, and I don't play one on TV - and it would have to be a very unusual situation for me to use deadly force if my life or the life of a loved one weren't in danger.
