This raises more questions than answers - I very much doubt that charges of assaulting a cop & resisting arrest with violence would simply be dropped if there were any merit to the charges whatsoever. I could speculate that the battery and violence consisted of the guy bruising the cop's knuckles with his nose, but that's all it would be - speculation.WildBill wrote: . . .
