Seriously, unless you luck into something on the used market, $100 is a pretty low price point for a good centerfire riflescope.
With your budget constraints, I suggest you save your money for a bit longer and then take a look at entry-level Leupold 'scopes - their VX-1 and "Rifleman" series 'scopes can be had at less than $200.
Other brands I'd consider are Weaver, Redfield, Burris and Bushnell . . . be aware that there are usually different levels of performance within each manufacturer's product lines.
