A privately-owned business does have the right to ban CHL carry on their premesis - the law says so. Because it's private property, the 2nd Amendment does not come into play.

The posting of a valid PC30.06 sign - which, again, a business is within their rights to do - DOES indicate, at best, a lack of support for licensed concealed carry.

At worst, it may indicate active opposition to private firearms ownership.

In any case, by indicating a lack of support, or a lack of trust, the dealer that posts a valid 30.06 sign IS, in fact, saying they don't want my business.

I've been to Covert on 183 in Austin . . . the signs I've seen are not valid signs, and may actually have been posted to placate soccer mommies. FWIW, a couple of years ago I was at the parts counter, and a couple of guys who were on break about 20 feet back of the counter were taking target practice with either pellet or airsoft guns, so I'd say Covert's hoplophobia - if it exists at all - doesn't run very deep.
