I wonder if these 'opt out' sponsors would go for local option to opt out of paying state tax on goods & services?

Local control. Really? And how many other statutes should be done likewise? Or is it just the ones he doesn't like?

Thank you for all the hard work both apparent and behind doors to get this passed. I know it had to come at a high cost. We appreciate your work and diligence in all that was done.

So...if I caught the tail end of that correctly, HB910 should be back on the floor by Friday (off to calenders....again)and HB937 should be OK too.

At least I think that was what I heard.
