Re: Google Earth & Texas Gun Ranges
I have not updated the file in about 2 years and it was getting out of date. Last week when doing some computer housekeeping I decided I would rather not post outdated information so I removed the website. If anybody wants the Google Earth file I can email it to you. If anybody wants to take over and update the project and make it their own please feel free to do so.

Re: Google Earth & Texas Gun Ranges
Thanks for the update on Collin County. I added a note to the placemark indicating it has closed. I think as long as Google Earth shows the range I will leave it on the map for reference.

Re: Google Earth & Texas Gun Ranges
Assuming you already have Google Earth installed on your computer just save the file to your desktop. Double click the file and it should launch Google Earth. In the sidebar under Places you have a folder named Temporary Places. The file will be in that folder. Check the box and you should see everything.
You can also start Google Earth and do a File Open and open the file from where you saved it on your hard drive.

Re: Google Earth & Texas Gun Ranges
I'm happy that other people can enjoy my wierd hobbies. Thats one of the many things that makes this placs so great. Someday I might get bored again and work on the list of gun dealers.
