The idea that a student will start 'blasting' for a bad grade or a jilted love affair is preposterous. No moreso than a person who gets cut-off in traffic, or rear-ended by a soccer mom driving while putting on make-up in the morning. We hear about CHL holders shooting innocent soccer moms and roadrage incidents all the time!!
...RighttttI hope that the people who vote on this will look at real-world instead of listening to the "kids and parents" who are worrying their little lives away about "someone with a gun".
