Even if that's true, they will cite something else to make you think you need to produce ID.

The interesting part is that I have been told by LEO (member here) that there is never a stop they don't fish... when you don't suspect it just means they are really good at it. He did it right though - nobody could tell.
If you watch good interdiction guys talk to people on a stop they are goofy, like able, and polite. Until they find the dope.
