to anyone who has not done any force on force... i HIGHLY suggest doing it. it really opens your mind to what does and doesnt work. afterward the blurry line between fact and bull taught, written, and talked about in the training/"tactical" world will sudenly become clear.


can we bring our own equipment to the class?
