Who cares if he wants to wear a badge or not. Let's not find him guilty because he wears a badge. I think it's dumb to announce that you are carrying by having a badge but illegal??
Not saying he was, and not saying he wasn't, but carrying while intoxicated can get you charged with unlawful carrying of a handgun by a license holder.
