I don't usually carry my S&W Airweight Bodyguard but it does go out once in a while. I like to keep accustomed to it and practise with it monthly.

I shoot standard .38 Special loads for practise but it doesn't take too long before I stop enjoying it. I usually follow up with a few 110 grain +P loads and 10 rounds of that damps my enthusiasm.

I'm not sensitive to recoil, I shoot my Ultra Compact .45 regularly with standard and +P loads and my .454 Casull is a hoot to shoot from time to time but a lightweight .38 is not something I choose to shoot a lot.
