Also, some of your facts are incorrect. One such error is that, while the theater seems to have a sign that prohibited firearms, tt doesn't have the force of law behind it. A person must still be asked to leave and if they refuse can then be arrested.
Your opinion might might be well received based on it's intent or placed into the circular file based on poor spelling and grammar.
