Well guys, I'm not ready to give up my seat just yet, but my status changed last night from Processing to Complete. I'm going to move my chair closer to the mailbox, guess I'll be going home at lunch every day this week until I get that wonderful Package from Austin! Hope y'all get your license soon...

Well I religiously check the DPS website everyday just hoping to see any update in my status and it drives me crazy to see processing application everyday. I promised I'd report back this week. I did my daily check of the dps website and found my status to be "processing application". That's only 7 days after they've received it!!! At least some process must have changed that they are opening their mail sooner and getting it entered into the ...

I certainly hope this is what that means!!! DPS receieved my application 8/13/08 I'll check online middle of next week and see if I've moved to the processing stage. Then I'll report back!
