Depending on how long it took them to restart processing when they received your addition, and assuming they completely reset the clock, the 60 days would be up by the end of this month. You may have accidentally checked the status on your (non-existent) CHL INSTRUCTOR application, rather than your CHL application. I've had a secret for the last thirty-some years and a TS when I was on active duty, and it didn't make any difference for me, either.
