San Francisco Federal Court approves open carry in Hawaii

This is hilarious. I checked and didn't see this story posted here. The 9th district court of appeals based in San Francisco ruled that a plaintiff in Hawaii had his 2A rights violated when the state denied him permission to open carry. The irony of this story cracks me up.
