You have no more of a "conviction" record than anyone with an undismissed speeding ticket in Texas, though it's a bummer that you got arrested. Since a class C misdemeanor (except disorderly conduct) is not a disqualifier, shouldn't be an issue. Even if they were class A's they're over 5 years, they wouldn't be an issue. It's the same as if you have speeding tickets, they're class c's.KD79 wrote:Due to some poor judgement and a bachelor party I received a PI about 6 years ago.
