You didn't have to wait six month of residency. You can apply for your permit any time you are in Texas as long as you take the class here.Mavs00 wrote:I agree. But you are quite correct. The process here in TX is very easy, but painstakingly slow from the outside looking in. In general, it's not nearly as slow as other places though.
