Indian nations cannot prosecute non-tribe members criminally under Tribal Law. They must have the State prosecute under state law, or the Feds under federal law. There are actually very few federal laws regarding CARRYING firearms, and none that I know of in regards to Indian Nations.

That said, the Indian nations have been known to seize firearms from non-Indians and/or use State trespass law to prosecute. Also, good luck getting your gun back... It would be a civil matter and Tribal law would likely control.

But if one were to conceal & carry on Indian land in Oklahoma where no signs were present, I'm hard pressed to see what you'd get prosecuted for. Even signs in OK aren't as clear as 30.06 in Texas. Most OK forums I've visited suggest you must be asked to leave before trespass may be invoked.
