Can you point out any case in the last 17 years since CHL was passed where someone "took the ride"? I can only think of two.... Handog who was charged with failure to conceal and dropped. There was a nurse in Arlington who carried past a "non-compliant" sign and charges were dropped. I don't spend a lot of time worrying about signs. I carry when I carry and I obey the law when I have been given EFFECTIVE notice.
