It depends what else you offer students. If you plan to take photos, hand out course materials, or provide lunch, those are all (potentially deductible) business expenses. A laptop computer. A projector if you use powerpoints (or video clips) and one doesn't come with the classroom rental. Rental guns. Hats, t-shirts, badges, sashes and tiaras. The sky is the limit.
At the other end of the scale, someone could teach in their living room or back yard. Depending on the size of the back yard (and improvements, and local laws) that could also accommodate the range test.
