However, even then, I think private universities (all schools, actually) should be removed from the list of prohibited places. Like other businesses, they should have to post 30.06 signs to make it illegal.

I hope you're right. I'm leaning that way but I lack confidence after all the shenanigans. I'm also disappointed it doesn't apply to private universities, and that will definitely affect how I vote next year.
