A friend of mine let me try his and I decided it was not how I wanted carry concealed. I wore it for about a week. Every time I sat down the gun would go "clunk" against all but padded chairs. While in my vehicle, the pressure against my kidneys was very uncomfortable, on my morning commute. When practicing the draw, with an unloaded gun, I found I was much slower, than at the 5 o'clock position I carry now, and I am sure this was due to the extra manipulation to get it into the shooting position.
Reaching behind my back feel unnatural and reholstering is a bear. I actually snagged the gun on my shirt a couple of times during practice. One evening while wearing the gun I rolled from a sitting position on the floor, while playing with my dog, onto my back and instantly realized that I had forgotten to remove the gun. Just my body weight, from the roll forcing the gun into my spine, was painfull. I can just imagine what falling on the back, in a physical confrontation, would do to the spine.

I much prefer IWB at the 5 o'clock position for all my guns, revolvers & semi-autos.
