I believe the "soft uniform", based upon observance of officers wearing them, is a polo shirt with badge embroidered on it, duty pistol openly carried and badge attached to the belt in plain view. The second problem around here, to the the treatment of the officer, was that the manager didn't ask the officer to cover, he wanted him to leave or take the gun out. Also, there is a rumor that the mayor owns the restaurant...not sure if that's true....
there are other Brazilian places that are better and a bit cheaper.

It’s not like these incidents aren’t making the news. Like most things progressive, these people will push the limits until caught. Then they’ll apologize. After all, being proactive and training their employees first might offend some of the delicate snowflakes.
