125 miles north of Houston & our trouble started w/ BG's before Rita. We have had a major fight at the WalMart here. Two of the shelters have arrested one each before any injuries. They did not like the way the shelters were taking care of them. One report of a Red Cross worker in Corrigan shot for not getting what was wanted.
