About 20 yr ago I told a counstable & a Deputy Sheriff, "if a man had stayed between me & my front door, refusing to let me in, threatening me & refusing to leave at my command, yall would go arrest him immediately no questions asked." I can identify the dog. Yall have other complaints on him & refuse to go to the owner after several homeowners already have. Don't tell me don't shoot that dog. If he threatens me & I can get to my gun I will not be threatened on my own property, not by a man or by his dog.
About 2 weeks later I was inside & he would not let me out. He quit growling as soon as the .44 Mag went off. owner did file on me. Grand Jury no bill.
Before the shoot I had documented all trouble, been to the SO, Kept those records too.
