dws, Shooting in your mind is good too for the times that you are not at the range. It is the same as practice w/ an unloaded weapon at home on access, presentation, & reloading. I actually practice reloading at home more than at the range. More draw & dry fire from seated at home. My computer chair has arms on it that are really close to the armrest in my truck. I can get the truck rests up if needed but this is really good drill set up for a carjacking drill. (flint, you are responsible for me thinking this one up. Remember) The only place I accept popups is on this forum & highroad. (only ones either place are PM's) When I am going to be here for a while I sometimes unload & set the drill to be at a popup. SURPRISE :fire You really do get back to normal reading, posting, laughing, learning. The BG may come tonight or you may have an uneventful drive hom in the traffic Just like the real world except here the BOOOOM is supposed to be a click. You have a hard time simulating surprise at the range. Bottom line is, you will never shoot straight on the range if you can't shoot straight in your head. Good form, grip, presentation, all begin upstairs, not in your hands. :!: [/u][/i]
