The checkering on the front strap for me is worth a lot. All the smooth edges are sweet. Invest the $100 & if anyone says anything about the holster wear tell them that is character marks. You will love it for carry. Mine shoots great to. 
The wife would steel it if it was not too big to go in her purse.
