Can you tell me where this has worked in Texas in the past? What locations can I, the average LTC, legally carry because the legislature previously gave exemptions to a special interest group?

Also, when will 19 year old Toyota mechanics be eligible for a Texas LTC because the road was paved when they allowed 19 year old 91B to get a Texas LTC, and there were no issues?

No! If they want to carry a handgun they can (a) take the class, pass the tests, pass a background check, and have the same carry restrictions as the rest of us, (b) get the law changed so the right to keep and bear arms in Texas is not infringed, or (c) move to a state where the right to keep and bear arms is not infringed.
