Any of his coworkers, friends and family who knew about it and didn't report it are accessories after the fact.

Re: 5 Officers Shot In Houston - Pray
I think, you misunderstand, but that, is probably, Acevedo's fault, and probably, Art Acevedo's intention.Russell wrote: ↑Fri Mar 01, 2019 1:44 pm https://apnews.com/273ea569e25d490c8fa6679ce359522e
What the heck is an illegally purchased gun in Texas?Acevedo said investigators are still determining whether the guns recovered at the couple’s home had been bought legally.
You either have the right to possess a firearm or you don't. Given that neither person murdered in this raid had a criminal history (except for a bad check case that was dismissed), it sounds like they had every right to possess as many firearms as they wanted.
Obviously, what the investigators, are still determining, is whether the guns, belonged to the couple, i.e. "bought legally" or, whether, they were planted, at the scene by Goines. He may be, dirtier than Cards Against Humanity, but Goines isn't stupid. He didn't get away, with planting evidence, for so long by, planting guns and drugs, that can be tracked, back to him.

Re: 5 Officers Shot In Houston - Pray
According to a friend who works for [an unnamed agency] in Houston, if the forensic results are released, the public may be surprised how many of the gunshot wounds were fired by weapons outside the house.

Re: 5 Officers Shot In Houston - Pray
They should have been asked to investigate from the start. At worst, within twenty four hours. Now too much time has passed. The scene has been too contaminated for an independent forensic investigation to have a fair chance to view unaltered physical evidence. The surviving shooters had the opportunity to compare notes and agree on a narrative. Acevedo and Gamaldi made public comments which make Roger Stone seem tame.Paladin wrote: ↑Sun Feb 03, 2019 10:52 amAgreed. With that many police shot and 2 homeowners dead, along with inconsistency's in the story from HPD, an independent investigation would be appropriate. Based on Acevedo's comments, the HPD clearly can not be objective here, and even Acevedo recognizes that Union President Joe Gamaldi went over the top
Hey! Maybe we should let Trump lead the investigation of Manafort, Flynn, Stone, and the rest.
