Searching for Paul Saustrup uncovered a couple of interesting articles. First one is a letter to the editor chastising, correctly, the Austin American Statesman, for their stance on the results of the trial. See http://www.trailerparkshow.com/conceal1.html A search of the Statesman archives showed the counsel for Saustrup was Joe Turner and Sandra Ritz. At issue was Saustrup's shooting of Eric Smith in July, 1998. A jury acquitted Suastrup in May, 2000.

:?: How to find a lawyer, just in case
Does anyone have any references for criminal defense lawyers in Travis/Williamson/Hays counties that have experience with CHL self-defense cases? Or, how can I find out what lawyers have this kind of experience in my area? I don't have need for one right now. This is for "just in case". No, I don't have a lawyer of any kind right now . Otherwise I would start with them. I did search the forum for this info already, but found nothing definite. What have you all done?
