Florida is very liberal about what they accept as proof of firearms training. Several people said they used a copy of their TR-100. That makes it one of the easiest states to get. Pennsylvania is also easy if you already have a Texas CHL but that won't help with Ohio even though they're neighbors.

Utah is more work because of their training class as you know but it's less expensive than Florida. Utah renewals are also cheaper and easier than Florida renewals. (Florida requires new fingerprints with nonresident renewals.)
