I agree. If there's a motivated buyer willing to pay the asking price, it's not reasonable or fair to expect the seller to spend lots of time with a tire kicker or someone who wants to pay less.flintknapper wrote:I certainly agree with this in principle. Cash is king. I sold a car on craigslist and I might still be waiting if I had to get permission from the first person who expressed interest.
