If the public servant did nothing wrong, then he has nothing to worry about. Right? Isn't that what the police said when asked if they have a warrant? If he is guilty of abusing his power, then he should absolutely lose his job. This isn't the Dukes of Hazzard. The DPS is a professional organization that has earned the public's trust and admiration. I doubt they would take kindly to a bad apple tarnishing their reputation.
