The French Revolution at its low point was known for the "Reign of Terror" and the extremely "liberal" ( ) use of the guillotine.

Many of these people (kids) don't know their history or appreciate the lessons which can be drawn from it. Like the youth of almost any generation, they are going to be "different" and correct the wrongs and abuses that exist in the world. There were a lot of folks with big ideas who participated in the Russian Revolution. Once Lenin and his gang got rolling, most of them ended up six feet under. And, I think its been demonstrated that there are quite a few of the usual (Antio-Gun/Progressive) suspects involved in staging this "movement".
