So charges are only pending if the lab test comes back positive for alcohol, even though you recklessly discharged a firearm in a club and shot someone? He's already left the jurisdiction I would be surprised if charges are pressed. Just my .02

The only way this guy gets fired is: If Trump goes on Twitter and says" I think this was just a terrible accident and the dedicated agent should not lose his job." He'd be gone in a matter of hours.

I'll bet it would have been quite different. And that is what irks me.

Really sorry for the person who got shot, but those dance moves...hilarious! Should get 5 years for those dance moves alone. I would be surprised if anything happens though.
