Abbott probably never envisioned that county officials would be releasing known felons from jail in the name of COVID-19, and then sending law-abiding business owners to jail with the same justification.

And no link yet, but Fox News just reported that Gov. Abbott has revised executive orders to state that there will be no jail time for any COVID-19 business lockdown offenders.

Saw this today on Fox News. Evidently, the hearing was being conducted yesterday at exactly the same time Governor Abbott was holding his press conference announcing that, in part, salons like hers would be allowed to reopen the day after tomorrow.
