Re: Ruger introduces PC Charger Pistol
Aargh. I'm less and less interested in this interesting looking little gun. Thanks for keeping us updated.

Re: Ruger introduces PC Charger Pistol
That's unfortunate. Please keep us informed if that continues or straightens out after more range time. If the mags aren't a problem in your pistols, I assume it could still be a feed lip issue or something, but it strikes me as unlikely...especially if different mags all have the problem. If it's the ejector or recoil spring, I can't imagine more rounds would help. I'm guessing it can't be soft-shooting handloads?Grayling813 wrote: ↑Fri May 15, 2020 12:32 pm Took it out to shoot for first time yesterday. Set up to use Glock mags. Had several stovepipes, which I’ve never had on the PC Carbine.
Very fun to shoot except for the stovepipes. Hopefully just a break-in issue.
I'm still thinkin' about getting one of these. But not if they FTE all the time.

Re: Ruger introduces PC Charger Pistol
Me too! Like I'll end up with spare funds after COVID-19 beats up our economy. But Travis's review looks pretty impressive, and the little gun looks very interesting. I'm not a big Keltech fan, so never even considered a Sub2000. But this Ruger looks like it's really, really well designed. And comes out of the box with the Glock magazine option. I saw a lot of the comments on the review were wanting it .45 or 10mm...which would be grand but if I want more punch out of something nearly this size I think I'll stick with an SBR or AR pistol. And I have some 33-rnd Glock 9mm mags sitting around. Range fun, easy to pack in a small bag, and a few 33-rnd 9mm sticks out of a 6.5" barrel would still leave a mark if you needed it as an SD gun.
But I wish Grayling813 hadn't told us about it. 'Cause now I'm gonna keep looking for reviews and checking prices.
