The ONLY limits should be practical. I.E. carrying a B57 Tac Nuke is impractical (cannot lift it much less carry it) and close proximity during discharge would be mutually destructive.A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.
