The only way you know how you will react is to be in the situation. In order to react properly you have to practice and train. There are numerous studies out there that show only 10% of the population will react to a fight or flight situation. In other words only 10% of the population will shoot and know when to shoot. The other 90% will freeze, panic or run.
If you do not train on how to react in a shoot/don't shoot situation the odds are you will not be able to do anything, or will react improperly.
Hopefully most who have a CHL are 10%ers!
