I was recently at Wild basin and did see a 30.06 sign at the entrance. It seems like this sign would not be valid since it is a county park that also is owned by St Edwards. Would this sign be valid? It seems to be in a gray area

Would it be legal to carry at Wild Basin Preserve. It says on the web site it owned by both St. Edwards and Travis. I am thinking it is not legal but wanted to get some input.

I know it is all right to carry in national parks, but you can't carry in federal building such as the ranger station. I would like to stay at the Chisos Lodge. I assume it is all right to carry a firearm there as well as the restaurant and convenience store that are in the Chisos Basin. Any advice ...
