I have a spinal cord injury,and am disabled , i cannot flee and fighting is out of the question ,my body doesn't do what i tell it to below chest level very well. If i had somebody strike me in the head i'm concernrd even tho i have plates and rods fusing my neck it could cause my spine more damage or kill me.In other words somebody attacks a basically defenseles man i will perceve it as deadly force and will respond in an appropriate manner.
