I am a little surprised that I can walk into the county courthouse up north and walk out with a permit in 20 minutes for $20 but down here I have to go jump through hoops and pay many times that.
Twenty five years ago it was easier to get a concealed carry license in NYC than TX. Restoring gun rights in Texas is a slow, ongoing process, and there's still a long way to go as shown by the TX AG having to sue Austin, but at least it's better than twenty five years ago. :txflag:
