I wouldn't send him anything. If the buyer is stupid enough to take the gun apart and then not know what he was looking at and threaten the seller with a law suit, then he is too stupid to own an AR. If you get anything more from him, then maybe send what TAM sent, but I would let sleeping dogs lie at this point. :thumbs2:

Sounds like he realized his bluff was not gonna work and dropped it. Or, he found out he was ignorant on the AR and what he was looking at was not an issue and now is too embaraased and not enough of a man to send an email stating he was wrong and apologize.

He doesn't have to have an expert anything. It's small claims. He can simply show the court. If a reasonable person can determine that something was stripped or missing then likely that is all that is necessary.
You thnk they will let him bring a gun into the court? Probably not.
